   Abi was fantastic in helping us book our first family holiday abroad. Abi understood exactly what we wanted with two young children, and put forward various options making the booking process effortless and ensuring the optional extras (seats, private transfer, etc) were sorted. She even helped set up the app to allow us to manage the booking easily. Great customer service. Thank you Abi, enjoy Tunisia!

   Went into the spondon store Derby and was served by Samantha. The purpose of my visit was to amend a flight from Mexico. My son is currently back packing and he had emailed ahead giving permission. I spoke to the store on the phone prior to coming into store to confirm the email and when I arrived at the store Samantha was expecting me and was organised to act upon the amendments. Samantha was in conversation with me throughout the process. Talked me through the process and checked back on each detail. Great customer service and again nothing was too much trouble and this is why I would recommend Tui all the time to family and friends. Thank you

   Review from my parents - After searching for weeks online, we decided to visit the Derby Asda Branch. We were greeted with smiles by a helpful Katie the manager of branch. We sat down and Katie asked us questions to gauge on what type of holiday we wanted. Taking fine details, she worked her magic and produced us with a list of places to visit. Going the extra mile, looking into the pro's and con's of each destination, to find us our perfect holiday. After spending so long, we were so relieved to of found such a great holiday, with all thanks to Katie. We would recommend her and her team, as the whole experience was great. We left with smiles and felt like Katie made our day by helping us get the holiday sorted.    Went in store to order some travel money spoke to a young woman who wrote down what I wanted and would pass this onto the right person and advise it will be here the following Tuesday,on Wednesday my wife rang up to check if the money was there and was told YES IT WAS ,I when in Friday to be told they had no money and no order in my name. The cashier then reordered the Money for the following Tuesday,on returning on that Tuesday was inform my money had not been delivered. If you don’t want stress or hassle before your holiday don’t go to this place
