   I can’t thank Faye enough for the amazing job they did organising my holidays to Europe and Thailand. From the very first conversation, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. They took care of every detail — from flights and hotels to excursions and day trips — and made the whole process completely stress-free. Every recommendation they gave was spot on, and the excursions they helped me book turned out to be some of the highlights of my trip!    I went in a was greated my a lovley lady called Emilie! She honestly was amazing! Put me at ease booking my first holiday on my own. I'm in recovery and went out her way to ask for leaving the complimentary bottle of wine out the room. She found me a hotel just as good as I was looking at before but for half the price. She's made me excited and confident about going on my own. 5 star all round! Thank you
