We have had many holidays over the past few years. Would highly recommend them. They are so helpful . Every holiday that we have been on were all booked to suit our needs. Even have more booked this year and next and cannot wait. Best travel agents around.
We haven't yet been on our holidays we have booked with Market Place (June/October next year), however I can't speak highly enough of how happy we have been and easy they have made it for us to book our family holidays. Our last holiday we had an awful experience, and have been very stressed about getting it wrong again, and telling Katie this and basically dumping our whole story on them with absolutely no plans, she gave us great advice and helped us with brilliant deals. Not only this, due to our bad experience last time (self booked through TUI, no agent involved) we had a situation where the hotel had been massively downgraded and reviews had bombed, so we have been checking and checking. We noticed bad reviews for the second of the holidays we have booked over the last month consistently landing on TripAdvisor, got in touch with the team through their website out of hours. First thing the next morning Mark called, completely took the stress of the situation on the call and invited us in to get sorted. Saturday we went in ( I did check with Mark as didn't want to be a nuisance on a busy day for their agents, and Mark again said absolutely not, come on down) and we were looked after so well. We have been able to find a stunning holiday, and more importantly, we are now confident enough we can look forward to it and our one in June. Thank you all at Market Place, can't wait for our holidays! Sorry for the essay!

My partner and I have booked loads of holidays abroad from here 3/4 per year but unfortunately recently there back up service has been very poor of late we have had to chase them for updates and information you try ringing and the response time is poor after leaving messages. They seem happy to take your money then forget all about you
