As always, very helpful, very able, very knowledgeable, very detailed, very thorough and very approachable. It's so good to occasionally talk to a real person rather than a bot or a screen! One of the added joys is that it takes away all the stress of wondering if you've done it right yourself online - and of course, if anything then goes wrong, it's not your own fault! Booking with Tui at the Burton store is always good. On the this occasion Sam was the Tui advisor, what as lovely person to have sort our holiday. Sam was so good and excited with us.
I had a problem with my paperwork for Indonesia and visited the store 2x . The staff were totally uninterested on my 1st visit, and having still not resolved the issue i visited again. 2 of the staff again were not bothered but Becky stepped in to help and solved the problem for me. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is a credit to the shop and should be the manager if she isnt already.
