    What an disaster this place is. Less than 48 hours after my parcel was dropped off there they have decided to ship it back to the suppliers, yet said they will give me 7 days to collect. Sorry but when you work away you can't pick it up with the drop of a hat. Maybe your company should be having a think about it!

    Amazing place Modern replacement of post Office, send my parcel to US and Germany and my family get it before chrismiss. Staff are very nice and they show me how booked parcel through thier website and dnt need to go in post Office for waite in queue. Best thing they are cheap and reliable and ask me which shipment courier iš convinent.

    Worst experience ever! Decided to go to this new place to send parcel that was delivering via Evri. I was sending XIM apex gaming adapter. Who plays, knows that it's quite expensive thing. I had my QR code on the phone as eBay said that's all i need. Show it to the guy at the till and he said that they not accept qr codes, that he needs a barcode....Luckily i saved my pdf label on the phone, so i showed him this....Next thing, he told me i need to send label to his office email, which i did. Finally, we had a label, so i was expecting him to scan it, and i would have an update on tracking that it's accepted. Also i was expecting him to give me receipt, so i can have it as a proof. He never scanned anything, instead he just made a picture of my label and parcel and then wrote me his name and date on some Hermes "we missed you" card and said it's all done. I was sceptical about it, but I thought maybe they are just starting business and dont have equipment yet. I went home. My parcel was for next day delivery. As it was late, i knew it would be the day after, which is Friday. I kept checking my tracking, and it didn't move for a few days. I started to worry and called them a few times asking where my parcel was... They said its all good, its despatched... So in the end, finally, evri/hermes tracking was updated, and it was saying that parcel in their depot. Tracking never changed since....In the end, evri just said that they lost my parcel >> because of this, i failed to deliver parcel to my 1st customer >> I ended up losing 140£ !! >> packlink said they will only compensate 25£ >> I'm still waiting for my 25 *** pounds!! >> I received a negative review from my 1st customer on ebay >> ebay suspended my selling account >> that was a worst experience ever! I lost my parcel, lost my money and lots of time! Got stressed! Therefore, I DO NOT recommended this place and EVRI ! Please avoid this shop !
