   Went at gone ten past nine this morning. Chemist opening times are on website 9am. Door was locked, there was a woman behind counter. Rang on phone go through 2 times but was cut off on purpose. Should put a sign on door if not opening on time. Been in this Chemist before and overhead 2 women gossipping behind counter. Very unprofessional conduct!!

   I changed pharmacy about 12 months ago as I wasn’t getting the service I wanted from my previous supplier. Peak Pharmacy on Derby Road has always worked extremely well for me since then. An arrangement was made to text me when the medication was ready and this has worked well as I catch the bus to Chellaston. The staff are always very polite and friendly and the time taken to pick up the medication is minimal. I’m very pleased with the service they offer and intend to continue using them.

   Waiting for the text messages to say my prescription was ready to collect, 14 day after my doctor sent it through to the chemist decided to phone to see what the delay was with it being inportant medication for my blood pressure and my other ailment. When challenged about shortcomings they become hostile and go on the defensive rather than try to solve the matters in a customer friendly manner.

   This Chemist has become so bad we have now changed to collect and use the chemist on the Bonney Prince estate. Always overpriced the staff have a problem with customer service, they don't know what that is. Prescriptions have a problem not being available sometimes.

   Rarely shop on the main road as parking can be awful but did today as needed to go to a chemist. Ran through my list with the lady serving and she very efficiently collected everything for me, offering me choices and alternatives as appropriate and with such friendliness and professionalism.

   This Pharmacy used to be a friendly local pharmacy, serving residents of Chellaston, for a long long time. As a result of recent ownership change, the quality of service seem to have gone down. People working there seems to have no idea as to how to serve and look after customers. It is now an extremely customer "UNFRIENDLY" organisation. The workers seem to need training on "how to serve customers" and "business management". When challenged about shortcomings they become hostile and go on the defensive rather than try to solve the matters in a customer friendly manner.
