   Poor communication, staff was not nice, wanted to see the pharmacist as my little ones needed to be seen, one of the staff- a lady came out led me to the medicines display ,was pointing various meds that kids could take without being specific, then left me and went back into the office, l was not given any update if the Pharmacist will be able to see my kids...she said l had to pay for the meds for my kids because it was not prescribed.

   I took time out of work to collect my prescription, only to be told the pharmacist is on lunch and I can’t have it, complete waste of time and now I’ve ran out of an important medication. No where does it state in store or online that it’s closed for lunch.

   Nice and friendly staff, however the lunch closing hours should be updated on the website. The website includes no breaks, the automatic system pushes you from option to option, no mention about break times either. If you run from work to work and having a poorly little one at home, it can be quite a challenge to get your prescription.

   Don’t normally write reviews but the customer service I received when I visited this store was unacceptable. Felt I was being stalked and accused of stealing. A staff member (jet black hair, around middle aged) was spraying deodorant around the store and customers which I thought was bizarre. when I went to pay for my item no one was there for a good 5-10 minutes.

   I was 2 mins late getting to store when the store door closed. Staff was walking toward the door when the seen me they turned back and ignored me. Tried calling them and no answer all I wanted to do it collect my parcel that was delivered to store. Store closed at 17:30. Thought they would have come to the door and said sorry were closed and to come back tomorrow.

   Been here a few times it's a lovely little shop. I recently went in to have my flu jab and glad I did so much more efficient than waiting in a dr's office. They really know what they are talking about and will help you anyway possible. Would definitely recommend!

   Unhelpful staff, booked an appointment for vaccination month in advance and turned me away saying fault with their system wasted my day, so unhappy with the service this year as last year was fine
