Always kind and helpful - they do whatever they can to help. So lucky to have such a facility in our village .
One member of staff was very rude not quite sure where she's from. When I went in again I was served by a very nice woman.
I'm currently on holiday in Sway and needed some advice and prescribing of medication. The prescribing pharmacist was sympathetic, kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was listened to and treated as an individual rather than just a number. Thank you. You are a credit to the NHS.
I share that experience - locked the door in my face as I approached the door and turned her back on me so she didn’t have to look at me and it was pouring with rain. It was seconds before 1 pm and there was a customer in the place being served. We are local and we started up and ran the deli/coffee shop and we never turned anyone away. I was about to spent about £15 + - never again.
Always helpful. Hurt my back and was able to speak to the Pharmacist within minutes who had access to my records to help me.
Excellent friendly service. Just had my annual flu vaccine and they could not have been more helpful.
