Lovely friendly staff. Unfortunately not supported enough though the failed NHS. It is sometimes very frustrating. Thanks for your perseverance and patience.
I unfortunately have to take a lot of medications and I have used this pharmacy for many years now. All of the staff go above and beyond they all know me by name, they’re all friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome straight away. They seem to keep a wide variety of medications on their shelves and they usually get your prescriptions ready quickly. They also use a handy test message system that lets you know when your prescription is ready for collection this has been very helpful. I would recommend this busy friendly pharmacy to anyone.

They know me by name and always make me feel very welcome. They seem to stock a wide variety of medications and they usually get your prescriptions ready quickly, and have a very handy text messaging system to let you know when it’s ready for collection. I would highly recommend this busy friendly pharmacy for all your medications needs.
I’m not sure how “Wayne” comes to the conclusion that the lovely ladies in the pharmacy don’t work hard because every time I go in, which is quite often they are all running around like mad people!!! They work extremely hard & are always happy & very polite to customers so my suggestion to “Wayne’ is to stop criticising people whose jobs you couldn’t do yourself!!! Ok.
Really helpful. Called to check if my prescription was ready as had been messed around all day by my doctors surgery. The lady I spoke to was happy to have a look. I was not set up on the system as am new to the area, again the lady on the phone didn’t mind looking up all the info to get me set up just before closing so could get the prescription today. Took me 2 minutes to drive there and was all mixed, ready and waiting for me to grab! Perfect.
Drowning in its own ineffectiveness. The staff are pleasant but over worked by non functional system. Still printing out bits of paper from doctors surgery which takes ages. Then will not give substitute medication when out of stock. That appears to be more and more these days. Ineffective text service says prescription ready to collect then you go to find only part ready other items cancelled and then told to recontact my doctors to get new prescription. That is unacceptable and should not be put back onto me to sort out. We are held to ransom as no other available then they close on Saturdays and Lunchtime to top it off.
Excellent Pharmacy Service. Lovely Helpful, Professional Team. No Question too Small. Appropriate Environment. Very busy pharmacy, however in my experience there are rarely long waits to get through to speak to someone on the phone if required. With all the adjustments with my family members medications and ongoing conditions, they are so cheerful, positive, supportive, knowledgeable and kind. I take my hat off to them, especially with the adaptations and adjustments they have had to make since Covid. Fully Recommended.
Really great pharmacists here. They are so helpful for example ~ showing all your options: non branded medicines do the same as the branded but for a cheaper prices. They are very convenient next to the gp. There is never much of a wait while they fill prescriptions. They are happy to discuss medical matters without feeling pressured to make purchases. Great sugar free lollys at a reasonable price. They also do pet drugs (have not had to us this but good to know it's there). Good range of other products such as nit combs, shampoo. Good opening hours Monday to Friday. Would recommend.
