This chemist is a joke late medication then to find they signed my heart tablets off and not put them in blister pack what a joke u people are .

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. An Asian male staff member with glasses and a beard (medium build) was extremely rude and dismissive while I was there with my baby in a pushchair. As I didn’t get his name, this is the only way I can identify him. I was made to feel rushed and was told to leave because the pushchair was supposedly taking up too much space — despite there being no other customers in the shop. He then laughed about the situation with his colleagues. I’ve never felt so disrespected or unwelcome in a place meant to serve the community. Completely unacceptable behaviour.
very unfriendly staff asked for my prescription to be withdrawn and was hit with abuse over the phone from the staff members and they said they would not return the prescription! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!
I have trouble getting in with my scooter so I just call say I am outside and they bring out my prescription it saves me a lot of pain I am told they will deliver but have never asked for that so can't comment on it

I dont know why people are typing bad reviews up. I have been going here for 12 years and I don't experience bad customer service.
They are not good with their employees and very unprofessional people. Please be aware before you join them and don't buy anything from them to let them feel what they are doing. Respect is everything here the customer is king they don't have the customer serving experience at all please avoid to go there
