   If I could give 6 stars, I would! I can’t praise this pharmacy enough. From the moment I walked in, I was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I understood my medication and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The service was quick, yet thorough, and you can tell they really care about their customers’ wellbeing. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt – I wasn’t just another number.    Best pharmacy in Derby! Staff are really freindly and helpful. Pharmacist is always obliging . The walk in clinic is a great addition and the pharmacist can prescribe medication when you can't get in to see your Dr or advice you. Been trying to get to my surgery for weeks and Bin prescribed a cream for a long standing problem which has now cleared up. Thank you !

   The pharmacy and walk in clinic is a great service when you cannot see a doctor. Staff and pharmacist Bin always go beyond to help and during the pandemic have been brilliant. Unfortunately some customers do not appreciate the hard work they do. Keep up the great work!

   This is the best pharmacy in Derby, the pharmacist always goes that extra mile to ensure you get the best possible service. I was prescribed medication this week and when I rang the pharmacy the same day to see if it was ready they said the surgery was having trouble with the electronic forms so the pharmacist went across to the surgery himself and within half an hour of calling I had the tablets in my hand.When collecting it I mentioned having a flu jab and here I am a couple of days later having had it. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
