   Went in for prescription in my lunch break, asked me to return in 20 minutes, returned they said they needed my NHS number so they could check my medical records ! dentist said this was unnecessary. obtained nhs number they put me to the bottom of the list again and said it would be another 20mins !! was in lunch break to had to leave it. The owner was quite rude and and unhelpful. Said I had not been put back to the bottom of the list but could not explain why it would take another 20mins to give me my prescription ! would never use the pharmacy again. Wasted lunch break.

   Had an appointment with the pharmacist for a UTI after not being able to get an appointment at my surgery, quick courteous service and was prescribed antibiotics. Would absolutely use this service again if needed.

   First time using Wilsons after a dreadful pharmacy experience elsewhere. Went in at 17:30 was told my prescription had only just come in - I was expecting to wait a while so chose to sit down, 2 minutes later my name was called. Staff were really friendly and such an easy service. Will be sending all prescriptions here in the future

   Switched from Asda as I thought the service would be better & more efficient; about six weeks later they’d lost one of my meds & then the following week when I called to ask for my prescription (I called at 11:00am) they said pick it up in the afternoon, when I expressed my concerns the lady on the phone said go back to Asda. This was after a lengthy list of issues.

   Worst chemist ever used. Kept me waiting over 5 mins whilst they was chatting. Told me to call back for prescription after 15 mins as was urgent. Gave them 30 mins to make sure and went back. Not even started so had to wait whilst they did it.

   Very rude staff, I went in wanting to speak to the pharmacist one to one instead the assistant had to relay the messages to and fro and eventually the pharmacist spoke to me very loudly from across the room for all the customers to hear, good job it wasn't anything personal, will not use again

   Young new girl that has started working in there...Sophie or chloe. Very very rude. Rude to customers face and then openly talking about another customer that had just walked out. And not in a nice way. I could hear it and so could the other 3 customers. So very unprofessional for this type of business where peoples medical issues are supposed to be private and confidential. I have no doubt that this girl is one of those that goes home and freely discusses customers rhat have been in. This has always been the best pharmacy. My partner has his repeats from there for years. We have never gone elsewhere. Staff are all ususally lovely and helpful. I won't be going back there again out of principle.This is not the usual standards for this pharmacy. I hope more customers pick up on this and make the management aware. Would be a shame for a decent place like this to get a bad name all for a silly little girl that has no manners
