   Outstanding pharmacy with exceptional service. The team is always friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Their walk-in clinic makes getting advice or treatment quick and stress-free, and the level of personal care you receive here is miles better than any of the big chain pharmacies like Tesco or Asda. Our whole family now relies on Littleover Pharmacy for all our prescriptions and health needs, and the service has been consistently excellent every single time. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that genuinely puts patients first, but this one absolutely does. Can’t recommend them enough!

   Littleover Pharmacy is absolutely fantastic! Littleover Pharmacy always goes the extra mile. Their walk-in clinic and services are fast, reliable, and so much more personal than the big chain pharmacies like Tesco or Asda. The team are knowledgeable, friendly, and really take the time to help — it never feels rushed. My whole family uses Littleover Pharmacy now, and we’ve moved all our prescriptions here because the service is simply unmatched.    Fantastic family-run pharmacy! Littleover Pharmacy is an absolute gem — a truly fantastic family-run business that offers exceptional service and genuine care.    I can’t thank Littleover Pharmacy enough for their incredible service. I was struggling to find a prescription medicine that was out of stock nationally—after trying several local chemists with no success, I reached out to Littleover. They truly went above and beyond, not only taking the time to understand my needs but actually managing to source a suitable alternative when no one else could. Their dedication, professionalism, and care was amazing. Highly recommend!

   I called at the pharmacy as there is a recommended hierarchy to follow rather than clog up a doctor's surgery. As I live outside the area a face-to-face with my doctor wasn't an option. I feared that I would have to be referred a local walk-in clinic but as there was a qualified practitioner on site I was prescribed medication, without clogging up the already stretched services. I was seen without any issues, in a private room, and dealt with with the utmost confidentiality and respect. I would recommend Littleover Pharmacy for this service alone - thanks for a fantastic service.

   So I visited another pharmacy today, they couldn't help. They said I needed to see my GP. Called the GP, they had no appointments. They said go to the Walk-in Centre. They said "We're not talking walk-ins' , strange when that's their name....I was given a slip of paper with Littleover Pharmacy's number on it. Gave them a call, booked a consultation at their private walk-in clinic. No waiting, helpful and pleasant staff, left with a prescription that was cheaper than the NHS standard charge.Took less than 15 minutes from start to finish. I would highly recommend this service.

   I contacted my own GP several times for an appointment but I was getting no where so I rang Littleover Pharmacy because I had heard of the walk in clinic they offer. So very helpful on the phone got me an appointment straight away got there got seen at the appointment time no waiting around. I saw the Doctor he was so helpful gave me some great advice and listened and gave me a prescription. I came out of there so relieved and happy. Would definitely recommend.

   What a little goldmine is this! After 2 weeks of attempting and failing to get an appointment with my G.P re a chest infection that wasn't getting any better, I walked in, seen (yes, I did pay), and walked out with my prescription. No appointment. Why aren't there more of these facilities? The prescribing clinician was polite, friendly and very helpful. I feel so relieved! Thank you!
