   I recently registered with omega pharmacy and arranged to have my prescription delivered as my previous one did not offer delivery. My first prescription was delivered yesterday and left in the place I advised because I was out . The whole process as been utterly flawless and the staff are very polite and professional. Will highly recommend.

   I was using Pharmacy 2u for a wail and found it difficult to contact them, I didn’t like that my medication came in white boxes with there logo on it and not in manufactures boxes and sometimes with no leaflet inside or the sheet telling when the next prescription was due. I found trying to contact them by phone very difficult always had to try 2 or 3 times before getting to speak with a person as my app didn’t update and couldn’t tell if medication was on its way. Since switching to Omega Pharmacy I haven’t any problems, all my medications arrive in manufactures packaging with leaflets inside and always get my leaflet stating next due date of medication, so no guessing involved. The staff are really helpful and friendly, I was not well in November which meant an increase in medication, Omega Pharmacy called me to say I should get a NHS Prepayment Certificate, which has saved me a huge amount of money, that what I call going beyond and above for there customers because I have never heard of this service so a big thank you. Thought that was really nice of them. I am glad I have a local Pharmacy as you just don’t the same service as the big corporates companies who are indifferent to you needs.

   Went in with my daughter as she had a cough & fever, 111 had referred us, she didn't even check my daughter and said it's a viral going around, take the normal remedies and medication. She said if the symptoms get worse come back to me, which we did after a week but she didn't even check her again & said she can't do anything. What was the point of saying come back to me if you can't do anything, pointless, definitely not going there again!!

   I have been to this pharmacy on several occasions to buy over the counter medicines and seek advice on general conditions. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The staff and pharmacist take the time to understand your situation and offer the best advice and treatments.
