   Terrible service. You walk into the pharmacy and they ignore you without saying hi or I’ll be with you in a moment. The man was behind the desk doing something else and it takes nothing to say I’ll be with you in a moment. Instead I’m waiting here and there’s no acknowledgement and when I ask if I can get some medicine and he the staff member says he’s busy with attitude and carries on. No customer service skills whatsoever and you can tell by the other reviews that this is common practice from them. Will not be returning.

   Day and night pharmacy macklin Road, have gone all out to do their best for customers like myself. I get a weekly delivery due to health complex issues. They are open just when you need them providing a great service to the nearby community. I've only been disappointed once, when a drive said he had delivered, but really hadn't. But all in all best I've I've been with.. Keep up the great work and support.

   Beyond poor service, in fact incredibly rude. When I shared my experience with friends seems that it's quite a common experience with this pharmacy - lots of people have left. Shame as it's so convenient - sadly this fact seems to provide an excuse for the "manager" to talk to people however he feels - hit and miss service I'd learned to settle for but a recent display of total disrespect from their staff, including suggesting I need to come and collect the medication and wouldn't deliver, in spite of me telling them I'd tested positive for covid, and I've voted with my feet along with many others - appalling, shambolic, rude.
