Good pharmacy with welcoming and friendly staff. The store is nicely located in Belper town center, so it's handy for elderly and parents with children. Well worth a visit and highly recommended.
Ive always liked the ladies here. They are helpful, polite and very welcoming. However went in today to pick up a prescription 1.3.21 and there is a new lady there bleach blonde hair she must of been having a bad day or something as she was very rude to me spoke to me like rubbish. She had attitude with me for no reason i felt so uncomfortable needed some help with something and after the way she spoke to me upon arrival didnt feel comfortable asking her. Luckily the lady who has been there years took over and really helped me shes always been very lovely so thank you
They should have proper social distancing in place, like other business's have, you know, like clear markers on the floor and clarity in how they want people to wait instead of patronising customers who have no idea what's going on. Very, very poor.
Had to wait a long time to get my medication even though there was hardly any customers in the shop. Asked them how long it would be and was told a few minutes but that wasn't the case I had to wait over 15 minutes to collect a one item medication would not recommend. Poor attitude from the staff. I know I am not ever going to go back to this place unless they improve with their customer service skills. Very unhappy with boots
