   I'm 100% happy with Derwent pharmacy as my choice. The staff R absolutely charming, &, nothing is too much for them. When my prescriptions R ready they always notify me. During COVID my medication was delivered to my doorstep. So, all in all I wouldn't go to another chemist. They also have lots of toiletries etc @ knock down prices. With friendly staff like them, what more do U want. I give them a 5 star any time.

   Excellent delivery service to home. Very pleasant friendly staff. Never have any problems ordering repeat prescriptions over the phone. They always answer the phone within a minute, unless they are extra busy. The delivery guy is spot on. Thanks to everyone. Happy new year 2024.

   Very poor service would not recommend can't even get prescriptions right had to go back a second time to get medication right was rudely told by staff that it was not there fault and took around 15 minutes to sort out the correct medication

   Pharmacist refused to dispense my prescription. I Rang doctors to check if I should have any problems getting my prescription. I was told to use a different chemist. Nonsense! Wasted my time going there too, as they don't answer phone through the day. Not going there again.
