   Efficient and professional usually but make sure you count the meds dispensed before you leave the chemist. I am on repeat prescriptions for epilepsy and have been short changed on the amount of medication given 3 times in a row. The third time I counted meds given before I left the chemist and discovered I had been short changed again. No explanation given and they would have let me leave without enough meds. I have had several fits over the last 2 months and ended up in Derby Hospital 10 days ago. So beware - count meds before you leave the chemist!

   I had a great experience at this pharmacy! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. I came in with questions about medication for my daughter, and the lady who helped me went above and beyond. She offered plenty of advice and actually suggested a more affordable option, explaining that it had the same ingredients as the pricier one I was considering. I really appreciated her honesty and the care she showed. Wonderful service!

1. The Off-Grid Gonzo ★★★★★

   Welfare pharmacy is the only chemist in the city which sells Durex Eye Drops. An invaluable product for making love blind at just the right moments. Great service, exceptional staff, huge range of prescribed drugs behind the counter. Lovely window seat to watch the world go by in three columns of loud traffic (soundproofed glass). Whatever you need Welfare will have it or not. 5 stars.

   I needed help with a medical problem which was dealt with very promptly via this pharmacist and their staff, rather than going through the GP. I spoke with Chloe Over the phone and then again face to face. She was absolutely amazing she had great knowledge about my problem and gave me great helpful advice.    Quick and friendly customer service and always tell me when my repeat prescription is ready. Also quick when I take in a new prescription. I have stayed with this pharmacy rather than changing to a much nearer one, when I moved house, as I found it quicker with the extra 10-15 minutes walk.
