   My wife received a message to say that her medication was ready for collection, she called in 3days later only to find the package only contained a third of the prescribed medication and was told the restof it wouldn't be ready till the following day. This is not an isolated case of this nature and it seams that the whole system requires a complete shakeup.

   Well today i payed my usual visit for my prescriptions, what a change there has been. Instead of the usual happy joking members of staff they seem to have all changed. Nobody seemed to want to come from the back room to serve in the shop although people were waiting. I watched one member of staff watching a young lady who clearly needed help, and thats what she did , just watch, eventually she came out with the attitude it was a lot of trouble. In all not a good vibe to be had , not a smile in site and all seemed to be too much trouble . Sorry but after the great service we used to get to what there is now i will be looking for a more friendly chemist.
