Ive nothing but praise for the team at Amber pharmacy. I’ve seen the pharmacist several times over the last few years for minor problems and been seen and prescribed antibiotics after a quick consultation each time. It saved me waiting to see a doctor unnecessarily. Absolutely recommended speaking to them for advice!

I was looking for a Pharamacy that would have Covid jabs for my dear friend. The Pharamist answered our questions and looked after us. All the staff was helpful and kind. Will recommend anyone to come here.
NHS website list this pharmacy as open for covid walk in so went yesterday. Waited 20 mins in queue and then told by very surly assistance that "no we dont, not today". Spoke to me like I was an idiot for turning up. NHS website might be wrong but not a great attitude.
Extremely helpful staff in the pharmacy and the drivers who deliver the prescriptions to me are really kind, helpful and extremely friendly

Phoned on 3 occasions to try and book covid vaccination. Staff didn't know when vaccinations were taking place. Explained I was now having a 5th vaccination as on vulnerable list and over 75. The member of staff wrongly insisted that I could not have 5 vaccinations, even though I explained that I'd received emails from NHS instructing me to book the vaccination and a letter from my GP. According to the lady I spoke to everyone was wrong in saying I needed a 5th covid injection and she said she'd been told she was correct by the pharmacist there. She was quite rude to me. Needless to say I booked and received my vaccination at a more competent Pharmacy
I rang Amber pharmacy for advice as my Doctors in Ripley had no telephone appointments. The pharmacist was very nice, helpful and reassuring and gave great advice. Thank you.
