   I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years not a problem till now. I had a medication review on the 20th of August. It took till the 6th of September to complete my order. Tryed to ring the pharmacy for 30 minutes no answer. And you do get though on the phone you get fobbed of. Also when you call in person. Service not very good.

   I waited more than 30 minutes waiting to get my child's medicine and when I asked an employee at 11:25 she said it's not magic on you wait and I worked with her a few days ago she said wait for you it will be a minute not good

   Absolutely useless Absolutely useless. My prescription was sent in the post two weeks ago. Some very important medication. Thought it would arrive on the Tuesday. Called through the week and they only answered the phone Thursday… to say it would be ready the next day. Went to collect it and they said they had only received it that day!! Ok. I’m being fobbed off, but receiving my medication is important. They said it would be ready on Monday. Monday no answer, no medication. Finally got though in the phone. Said medication would be ready Thursday afternoon.. it’s Friday again. No one is answering their phone and I still have no medication which I need. I left my previous pharmacy as Well is closer to my house. But the lead time at my previous pharmacy was two days not nearly two weeks! Appalling service from Loughborough Well+
