   My wife and I have been going to the pharmacy for a number of years, but in particular for the last couple of years during my wife's pregnancy and some other injuries and issues I've had. They are single handedly the best pharmacy around. Not an exaggeration to say they offer the best customer service I've seen for years, in any environment. They are sweet, kind people that always have a smile on their faces, always engage with you, and furthermore remember your names which is a lovely touch. I worked in customer service and entertainment environments for a decade previously, so know good and bad customer service, and the staff here are brilliant. The pharmacist is also always really helpful and I have had her recently look at me ear and she was informative and shared a video of the ear drum which is useful for me to get a better diagnosis. Finally there are not many places that you walk out of feeling better than you walk in. They often put a smile on our faces and that is seriously impressive for a quick trip to pick up a prescription.

   The friendliest approachable pharmacy I have ever been to! They are always really efficient and quick to fill any scripts and really take the time to check -in and answer any questions you may have but most recently found they do walk in consults, it’s now my go to place to skip the long wait at the doctors! both me and my partner were in and prescribed antibiotics before we got to the front of the telephone queue at the doctors. Highly recommend!

   Used to be good and has been getting worse. went tonight to collect a repeat prescription ordered a week ago... did not have it all, (only 1 item but multiple packs) so got to go back again tmrw.. unfortunately I can't wait to collect as this medication keeps me alive. Very frustrating. Not a unique experience either as I very often have to wait for them to fill a prescription despite ordering a good few days in advance.

   I recently arranged a hearing test with the opticians based in Hilton Pharmacy. Apart from the test being carried out efficiently and on time, as a result of making use of this facility, I was put in touch with an excellent hearing specialist who visited me at home, carried out the best test I have ever received and within a week I had new aids, based on their advice and guidance, which are by far and away the best devices I have ever had. This whole experience started with the team Hilton Opticians, so if you are in need of a hearing test don't flog into town and pay parking etc , go make an appointment with these folks and you won't regret it.!! Merry Christmas!!
