   I called the pharmacy to check they have drowsy antihistamines available before I visited. I was told by the lady who answered the phone they do. I arrive and specifically asked the lady who served me for drowsy antihistamines, I even asked her which were the strongest for drowsy antihistamines from the 2 types she recommended. I come home and they are none drowsy ones. I call back to be told to pop back. I am too poorly to just pop back in, I have used all my strength to go to the pharmacist in the first place I can't just pop back in when I'm unwell hence why I called up prior to visiting to check that they have drowsy antihistamines. This isn't great service. It's totally unacceptable. You work in a chemist, people that are going into chemist normally are poorly. They can't just pop back in no solution offered other than this.
