   Went the other day there was 4 staff three of them just looked at me ignored me and carried on their conversation about love life’s. A lovely woman with pink hair came over to ask what I was after then asked me if it was for “name of medication” the rest of the staff just stood there looked at me odd then carried on their conversation. Good job to the only woman in there that seemed to do their job. The rest of the staff talking about their love life’s and ignoring someone that came in? Very uncomfortable and unprofessional

   Went to collect prescription on Tuesday not ready as they had only just received it . Bearing in mind issued on Friday. So went to collect Wednesday paid for it got home found only half of one of the medication’s.So tried to ring no answer . Went back explained the issue, showed them the prescription, and I heard the head pharmacist say did he open them here! I can only assume he thought I had removed the medication. On returning eventually with the medication he asked me if I had paid.Totally amateur and unprofessional.

   Visited today to collect a prescription. Unfortunately, there’s little consideration taken as to how to protect patient’s privacy and personal data. I was asked to give my full name, maiden name and date of birth to a staff member at the back desk. I had to raise my voice for her to hear me and had an audience of 4+ patients who now know my personal information. Please be mindful and ask for patient’s information at the front desk and respect patient confidentiality.

   Always helpful, it’s a tough little job when people keep moaning about you. Perhaps customers should think about checking their items before leaving the pharmacy instead of moaning about missing items. If it’s an owing you’d be given a slip. Lighten up and take a little ownership.

   I have to constantly go back and forth, often items are missing. They then can be rather rude and blame it on myself when I've said numerous times I needed to collect all prescriptions. This is becoming rather frustrating.
