Please never go to this firm they are just so big stress. They played with me first they agree on me for the application fee of £1000 after done everything when I about to receive my brp Mrs Fickling increased the amount of £1300 from her own. Isabelle her secretary she even don't understand anything even don't know how to respond to client even. When my brp arrived from hom office she kept mine and my children brp as well never gave me. Whenever I called them they never come on phone even receptionist they never respond me properly. They still keeping My personal belongings since last 4 months. I also raise in the Home Office they advised me to go Google review. Which I m doing. I am also doing complain in ombudsman for this firm.

Didn’t answer your phone for weeks after our nan died or reply to messages and then when we finally got through they were rude and said they were too busy and not to assume they would deal with the will they had been paid to write and hold. Disgusting it was our first death and had no idea what to do. We were instructed to send our details so they could release the will to us and do nothing after
They were our family & friends' solicitors for decades, (they are very long established here) but we've moved our custom elsewhere & using another local solicitor as we weren't satisfied enough with service received but I wouldn't berate them but we found better
I contacted this firm in September last year for assistance with a frivolous small claims court case. Andrew Cox got in touch the next day and whilst pointing out from the outset that it would probably be uneconomical to engage his services due to the amount of the claim, he took the time to give me some general guidance on how to approach the matter. His guidance gave me the reassurance and information I needed to present my case and ultimately supported the judge in making the right decision. Very pleasant staff, just need to learn to answer Emails quickly albeit with standard programmed mail stating: We have received your mail and will get back to you shortly. Just so the sender knows the mail hasn't gone missing in cyberspace. Apart from that everything else fine.
We cannot recommend Chris Rennison enough for his professional service with our selling and purchasing of properties.
