I encountered an unforeseen situation in which my property chain collapsed following prolonged delays beyond my control as my seller withdrew at the last minute. Throughout this challenging period, Jo remained exceptionally patient and composed as she had been awaiting for months to recieve the contract pack from my seller, which was never received. She provided unwavering support as I sought an alternative property after a four-month delay in the disappointing collapsed chain. When my offer on the alternative chain-free property was accepted, Jo processed all of our house legal documents incredibly quickly and efficiently.
