Having spent 1.5hrs I have made sure my Will, my beneficiaries and my future are all now safe and secure thanks to David taking me gently through the Will, Trustee and Power of Attorney processes.    Nickie was respectful and courteous, very knowledgeable and patient. I had a number of questions and she answered clearly without jargon. Nickie took the time to explain concepts which I thought I understood but she gave more in depth explanations, helping me to properly understand. Nickie advised about the alternative will types of wills, giving me food for thought. She was patient when I asked questions not directly related to my will, for which I am extremely grateful.
