Having used other conveyancers in the past, I did not have a very high regard for the profession, but Kimberley Boreland has changed my opinion for the better. I was dealing with the sale and purchase on behalf of my parents, and Kimberley made sure that they knew what was going on, and understood what they were signing, whilst keeping me informed of the general day to day actions. She always replied to phone calls and emails, and explained clearly any queries that any of us had. We were all very impressed with her efficiency and friendliness and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a conveyancer for a house purchase or sale.
