   I always get my pizza here and never had any issue with that. The guy working there is so rude, even doesn’t understand simple things. I was telling him I want 2 pepperoni pizzas and he made especial for me! Will never go to this place again. Don’t waste your time and money here. You can’t get your money back

   One word FILTHY..... NEEDS A GOOD SCRUB AND CLEAN...I cant believe it's so disgustingly dirty...and how people can eat in this establishment is unreal....does the owners not see how unclean it is????

   I went to this shisha lounge around 5 PM a few nights ago, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The girl working there was extremely rude, completely unprofessional, and didn’t even speak proper English. I ordered a pizza and there was a hair in it — absolutely disgusting. No apology, no replacement, just total disrespect. What’s worse is that this place looks like a brand-new, “trendy” spot — but in reality, all the positive reviews are fake and clearly written by friends or staff. There’s nothing genuinely good about this place. It’s all a front. Poor food, terrible service, and zero respect for customers. I’m never going back, and if you care about honesty, hygiene, or decent service, you shouldn’t either.

   Best lounge in Derby. I recommend the pizzas. Genuinely the only place in Derby I go for pizza. Staff are friendly and the people and atmosphere is great. Here every weekend.

   Really good place for sheesha nice sheesha fries are amazing and very addictive. Seating is very comfortable and best thing is that music is always at right volume ie in background without hindering the conversation. Also very nice and friendly staff

   Good prices, friendly staff. Forgot an item from our order and then came back with free baklava which was a bonus. Outside area to smoke in with heatlamps for cigarettes aswell Only downside is they don't sell alcohol but can't hold that against them

   Shisha is of good quality and the food is good to. I would recommend that the staff learn basic customer service etiquettes like saying "hi" and "bye" , instead just asking what we wanted then when we finished up and walked out they ignore us
