Staff are friendly, housing does take a while to actually get into. Quite helpful aslong as you don't miss a day's rent Update: been in my home for just over 6 months and constant issues with the flat. Damp that was "sorted" hasn't been sorted, it's gotten a hell of a lot worse, boiler keeps breaking down, floor rising up but it's a decoration not a fixture so been told I have to pay for it, front door let's in water when it's raining, just seems like minimal jobs done each time and it doesn't get resolved fully. Due to damp issue have been ill for just over 5 weeks now. Epics saving grace is a staff member named Angela who has gone above and beyond to try and help resolve the issues. I pay my rent 4 weeks in advance and I'm wondering why I even pay rent when the flat is unfit for purpose, keep myself quiet, had no issues with neighbours and never caused a single issue. Check contract and the property thoroughly before signing.

You are made to feel second class not given respect. Falsely accused of criminal acts and antisocial behaviour. Threats of eviction from your home even though it didn't go to court. Turning up on your doorstep with no agreed to appointment, makes one after and doesn't explain. Fail to sort out emergency repairs, such as heating and hot water in cold weather. Fail to sort out temporary heating. No compensation given for damage caused on purpose by a hateful neighbour. Fail to deal with the problem of racism and descrimination under the equality act.

Houses are great but they are not organised, it takes takes a long time to get a response on a simple matter. You get to speak to different people and they all say you didn't speak to me about it and you have to raise the issue again.

I just want to you to know that within 14 year's of being a tenant I never had such bad treatment! I am really sad that you disregard my problem! I am unemployed and I rang over 5 times and keeping EPIC on track of my situation! Still I am getting ultimate letters! I know and I am applying to Universal Credit! Within 11 days the rent arrears will be sorted! So ..... please stop and bear with me! Maybe it is your policy but it does not look right! I will keep in touch! Do not worry! I will as always pay my bills!
