Sherlock Homes are great letting agents. They conduct regular property inspections not to just check on the property but its tenants also. My family and I have been tenants for 9 years. Recently I had a change in circumstance. Sherlock Homes staff were great, they supported and helped me and resassured me things would be ok. I would highly recommend their services.

Accommodating and helpful. Great staff, especially Ben, who was willing to stay after hours to help us move into our new place, a couple of days before the contract started.
Spoke to a woman who was rude and clearly didn't think before the words she chose to use. Passed judgement from one sentence, don't even bother applying for a house if you're a couple and only one of you is in employment as they deem this "not secure". Rude and need to lower your standards for property in Stoke-On-Trent, you aren't in a prestigious area.

After being a student tenant with them when we told them about issues with the house they wouldn't fix anything and now we can't get a full deposit back because of illegal charges they are making and as we're students we can't afford to fight it. Only trust this service if you like being bent over backwards, neglected and robbed off money that's supposed to be protected.
Being a new Landlord it’s important to receive good service but also assistance and advice. All agents here have been excellent. All really helpful , polite and have given great service. Resolved tenant issues and found us a new tenant really quickly. Highly recommended.
