   As Director for two developments, which incorporate residential and commercial properties, it was important to have a trusting relationship with a Managing Agent,who would deliver. Many Agents were approached but Rory Mack Associates from the very outset stood apart from the rest, their whole dedicated team work together with us. In some instances going above and beyond, ensuring issues are dealt with as soon as humanly possible. A special mention must go to Max Austin our Property Manager, who tackles every challenge with tenacity, also demonstrating the rare talent nowadays of being proactive rather than reactive. Residents, Tenants, Business owners and Shareholders are treated with empathy and respect, plus very much valued is the incredible calm, professional and non confrontational way Max manages.    We rented a flat through Rory Mack for a year in Stafford, and they’ve honestly been great to deal with. From day one, Steve (our letting agent) made sure everything was sorted before he left on the day I collected the key from him, especially helping me get the electricity set up since it was my first time renting a place where I had to pay all the bills myself. I’d only ever lived in house shares with bills included, and I’d just moved to the UK, so I really appreciated his patience and guidance. Whenever I had an issue, they were quick to respond. I once reported a problem with a radiator, and someone came to check it the very next day! Overall, they’re such a reliable and supportive agency. Renting with them was a smooth experience, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good letting agent.

Martin from Rory Mack was easily reachable by phone most of time, and replied to my emails the same day or the next day. There were some delays due to Covid and short staff at their office. But in general I am happy with the services provided by Rory Mack, and will not hesitate to recommend them.

   We had appointed Mark@RoryMack last week to survey a property in Newcastle under Lyme. We received the survey report promptly on time, which pointed out several major issues to be concerned about. Thank goodness, as we were totally unaware of these earlier and almost going ahead with the purchase of the property. Now, we are in a position to re-negotiate the asking price after evaluating the costs of substantial repairs. The report was fairly in detail and it was easy for us to understand and act accordingly. We are impressed with Mark and we'll appoint him again for the next property.
