After initially signing with another estate agent to sell our 2 bedroom bungalow it soon became apparent that we were just another customer with little to no proactive communication coming from them. Having had bad experiences with larger estate agent chains in the past, I’d decided only to use smaller, family-run independent businesses moving forward. So when a colleague recommend Follwells to me, as she’d had a great experience selling her property with them, I decided to give them a go. I was so pleased with them from start to finish. The team at Follwells we're extremely helpful and professional from the start of the process right though to completion date ,I didn't have the best experience with my solicitors. However, with Vicky and Helen's experience and knowledge ,they made it feel less stressful
