Don't seem to care about you as a tenant or want to respond to any messages. We entered our flat not knowing the electric and gas providers having to call up several different companies to find out and also not knowing where the meters were located either. I agreed to be contacted by their third party who was supposed to help me set up all my utility bills only to be offered electric with a 1 star rated company asking me to give my consent on the first phone call to sign up to a rubbish contract. Then, to find out that the property wasn't even a registered address with the council was the icing on the cake!
