   We bought a property with the help of CLG. Not only did we manage to pull off the purchase very fast in appr 3 weeks from start to finish (including all surveys etc), we also got amazing help at every step of the way. Daniella Lane, and her colleagues, made truly extraordinary efforts to meet the deadline without compromising on the quality of legal documentation and reviews. Their system of communication - through the app - also relieved us from chasing or making unnecessary phone calls. And their fres were entirely reasonable. Buying a house is undoubtedly very stressful, but we could not have had smoother and more client-oriented legal support than what we got from Daniella and CLG.

   We used Cavendish on the recommendation of many through a local Facebook group. We were not disappointed with our choice and they also had a good relationship with our estate agent which helped. Sarah and Andreia at Cavendish combined really well to get our first property purchase over the line promptly. They provided clear information and summaries when needed and I was able to provide documents in-person to their St Pauls office helping to speed up the transaction when needed. Cost was well communicated from the begining and it really helped knowing more or less where we would stand when it came to completion. All in all I would use again and recommend them to friends/family.

   Awful solicitors. Completely unresponsive, never returned calls when you asked for the person looking after your case. Sent wrong / duplicate forms on multiple occasions which caused delays on my help to buy application. Somehow managed to send all of my house deposit money to a completely random personal account of someone nothing to do with my house purchase… and didn’t bother to tell me until my estate agent told them they probably should let me know. I would never touch this company again and would advise people to avoid at all costs!

   This practice is absolutely the worst conveyancing solictors' firm I have ever come across. My property was sold (completion was two and half years ago) and was very straight forward, however the buyer's solicitor (Ms Nobrega) clearly does not have the competence or ability to carry out the formalities with a leasehold landlord. My name is still listed as the property owner, and the simple administrative process for assigning the new owner is clearly too much for her. Her attitude is a disgrace and despite my following the formal complaints procedure they just can't get it right. I could do a better job myself. My credit rating is now ruined and I have court cases pending, yet I am not the legal owner of the property - all because this firm is way too unprofessional. AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS.

   Avoid them at all costs! I hired their services as part to buy a new building property between 2020 and 2021. Karishma Patel was very helpful in the beginning and very supportive too. Until all the fee were paid. After that she would rarely reply the emails. We then started to have problems with the building, and we were legally advised to contact her and talk about the issues with the purchase. Her reply was they basically haven't anything to do with the case anymore. Strange is, everywhere I call to hire someone else to help with the issues, they all say that Cavendish should be able to help because they have the history of the purchase. No, nobody else is taking the case because it came from this company.

   We had our sale passed on to this firm from our conveyancing firm as they themselves were "too busy". CLG were completely hopeless - didn't respond to emails or via chat when queries raised (one was raised 4 times without response), chased for documents that they already had, asked us to use an online portal to upload documents as an audit trail but failed to use it themselves. Also, two parties were involved in the sale and they repeatedly failed to keep both advised. Utterly useless - I would avoid at all costs. The only thing they did correctly was apologising for their own poor service when we advised them that we were terminating our contract and going to new legal advisers.

   I have used Cavendish Legal Group for property conveyancing three times now. Twice with Joanna Hayes and once with Goldie Evelyn. I have been very happy with the professional service and attention to detail coupled with reasonably pricing. In the latest property sale Goldie was very helpful pushing the deal through against some time pressure and chased other parties hard when needed. I have no hesitation in recommended Cavendish based on my personal experience. Thanks for the great service.
