   I had a mixed experience at Pamper Van Place. On the downside, a car accident caused me to arrive a bit late, and the weak internet connection on-site made it challenging to communicate with the host about the delay. Her response was less than understanding, bordering on spiteful. The instructions provided for the hot tub were incomplete, missing crucial steps like how to remove the lid. My subsequent trip to Alton Towers was marred by the discovery that the host had entered the caravan in my absence, which felt intrusive and unsettling. Although I paid for full use of the caravan, only one room was prepared; the second was left bare, lacking basic amenities like bed sheets. Probably I wanted to use the second room as well?! This felt like a lack of value for the money spent. Furthermore, the hot tub's water temperature was unbearably hot at 40°C. Despite the guidelines mentioning no adjustments to the temperature, it was disappointing to have to keep stepping out to cool down, and I believe this contributed to me catching a flu. On the brighter side, the place boasts a tranquil ambiance and delightful aesthetics. The host also left some appreciated treats, like prosecco and scones. However, given the host's frequent and somewhat demanding messages and the various issues mentioned, I'd advise potential visitors to think twice before booking. If you value privacy, full value for your money, and a hassle-free stay, you might want to explore other options.

   We had a lovely stay at the Pamper Van, it had beautiful scenery, a lovely host, the Van has excellent cleanliness and the host left us treats (bread, muffins, milk, Prosecco, a range of teas and coffees). The hot tub was gorgeous, and the Van was in a great location, super close to really nice pubs! Thanks for our stay! X

   Lovely location in the Peak District not far from Leek. Beautifully presented and well cared for static home with two bedrooms and generously sized living space. Diane provides everything you need for a few nights away and keeps the house immaculate (everything almost looks brand new!). Plenty of home comforts and little luxuries. Plus the hot tub is a superb addition!

   A truly magical retreat. The Pamper Van is very special and well presented. Diane goes that one step further to make your stay absolutely perfect. There is nothing but magical perfection here with acres of land to explore. We loved our 3 night stay and left feeling totally relaxed.

   Wonderful place to stay. We have only returned today and are missing it already. Lots of finishing touches make this a fantastic place to stay. We were welcomed with fresh eggs, butter, orange juice, speciality teas, prosecco and it made our day when Dianne bought us fresh baked bread. The surroundings are stunning, the caravan is immaculate and the hot tub is to die for Everything you could want for a truly relaxing break. Will definitely return.

   Had such a lovely stay at the pamper van with my mum and two sisters. The caravan was beautiful and the cleanest caravan I have ever seen. Diane was very friendly and made sure we had fresh bread, milk, eggs, orange juice and a bottle of fizz. (Which you would never get at any other caravan.) The Hot tub was amazing even in the rain and the treatments we had were great. I would 100% recommend staying at the pamper van. I will be back but for longer next time! Thanks again Diane for a great stay.

   We spent a lovely weekend at the Pamper Van. We received a lovely welcome, enjoyed a brilliant massage, and loved spending time in the hot tub. There are lots of beautiful things to see on the farm - especially during lambing season! - and lots of incredible places to visit if you have a car. Diane prepared the van beautifully for our arrival, leaving us milk and juice, fresh eggs and homemade jams and bread, and a much appreciated bottle of prosecco! The Pamper Van is definitely worth a visit!
