Great service. Really helpful staff. After my Landlord changed Agents they could not have been more helpful, made a very annoying process as easy as they could, while the other agent went out of their way to make it as difficult as possible!
I moved from Hampshire to Northwich and was searching for a home my mum and step father went to view a home with Iagent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful when I called to ask with any queries that I had. They communicate really well and give great service. I cannot recommend IAgent enough for selling or renting your property. From my first meetings with Steve and Paul to discuss selling my home, they were very professional but approachable. The video and photographs are excellent quality, fully showcasing my home. Once I had accepted an offer, Paul the photographer/sales and admin assistant Gemma, worked hard behind the scenes to ensure everything went smoothly. Gemma kept all parties updated and supported me where necessary, always going the extra mile. Paul was always on hand for any queries or for advice and sometimes a chat! What could have been a stressful process was made simple with their professional dedication and obvious customer care, all for a very competitive set fee. I would not hesitate to use IAgent again.
Everything runs very smoothly and all the staff are helpful. We've had some very unhelpful and quite rude estate agents in the past,but I agents have made us feel confident in them to give us straight forward honest answers to our questions we have asked ,but yet is to follow!!
I have recently begun renting a property with iAgent and have had the best experience. Paul showed me around the property, he was enthusiastic, answered all my questions and even arranged to meet me for the viewing earlier than booked for my convenience. Emma has been amazing at helping me with moving in, helping with turning around the required paperwork quickly so I could move in on short notice and always being helpful and happy to speak to over the phone. I would without a doubt recommend iAgent to anyone thinking of moving into Northwich!
Tom and the team have looked after my property for over 4 years. I had moved away with work and put my lovely home in their hands to manage. Through the 4 years, everything was so so easy, any issues were dealt with super quick and never cost the earth- just superb. They were always there at the end of the phone or txt message, just fantastic service. I was 300 miles away from the property but never felt out of the loop. I can honestly only describe the team as extended family. I then decided it was time to sell and move permanently. I had 3 valuations for my property, Iagents were the highest the next valuation was 80k lower! I was wary but knew that the team at Iagents knew their stuff and Tom was confident with his valuation. So I went with his valuation after being told by another local agent there would be no way on earth I would get anywhere near close to that valuation… 3 days later I received an offer… well over Iagents valuation. It made me sad that another local agent had valued my main asset 100k lower than what I received. Honestly can not recommend this team highly enough, they so work hard and take pride in their business, genuine honest guys who know everything there is to know about property. Now I just have to find another Iagents in Scotland !! Thank you for being the best! Sera
We have had iAgent come to value our house for re mortgaging. I called them to book an appointment yesterday and they came this morning no problem! The gentleman who came was absolutely lovely, on time, friendly, polite and willing to offer me lots of valuable information on how we could add value to our property. I have used iAgent for the past several years to rent out my property. I live abroad so trying to find new tenants and make all the arrangements was always difficult. iAgent have always this process simple and easy for us. They went above and beyond to help us.
