   Having rented out my property through Alison and her team at LMS for over 10 years, we have always been provided with an honest and reliable service. We have been "kept legal" at art times and would definitely recommend LMS to anyone wishing to rent out their property. Like many Landlords we opted this year to sell the property and found the transition from renting to selling through LMS as smooth and efficient as always. We have sold via Michelle and found she was very helpful and managed the sale of it from begining right through to the solicitors and the end.    LMS have been brilliant. We have been renting with them for a good few years and we were unlucky enough that our landlord decided to sell so we needed to find a new house. Kevin was amazing for the whole process from finding us a property fast and supporting us through the transition. He called us a couple of days after our move to make sure everything in the new property was ok. Highly recommended LMS and the team for renting and recruitment!
