   In my experience, they have not been a reliable estate agency. I would advise landlords to avoid giving them properties to manage, as payments were repeatedly delayed even when tenants paid their rent on time. Please be cautious if you wish to avoid potential financial complications.

Andrew’s pre-marketing advice and guidance proved most valuable. Sue Carter, the Leaders’ Move Manager, was exemplary in making the sale complete in 28 days. Well done all round.

   Our vendors used Leaders to sell the house. They were excellent communicators with ourselves, making sure we were updated and understood the process. Andrew showed us the house and was enthusiastic and accommodating. Sue was an absolute rock, on a bumpy journey. She is very professional, communicative and goes the extra mile with customer service. We had just one regret and that was following a recommendation to use an intermediary company to appoint a solicitor. The solicitors were disappointing to put it mildly. Learnt a lesson the hard way and would now recommend using a local solicitor. But, otherwise I would highly recommend Leaders.

   I've been working as a Landlord with Leaders Crewe for many a year now - even when they were still South & Co - and, the one thing that has been maintained throughout the years is their solid focus on customer service. I've dealt with lots of people from the business and they are all very professional and knowledgable - if there's anything they don't know, they find out and let you know. Kelly, Charlotte, Jo, Amy, Declan... whoever - they are always very good. They also offer competitive pricing and the managed service has a good attention to detail.
