   Mike and his team have been managing our four properties for the last ten years plus. The service they have provided has been excellent from day one. The staff are always very efficient, up to speed with information about the properties and really helpful so we don't have to worry about all the necessary checks and regulations as it is all done automatically for us. They really do look after us and our properties and we recommend Eazy Lett to anyone looking for a first class service.

   Pleasant when signing on to rent one of their properties, horribly unprofessional with communication when it comes to issues with the properties. They waited 2 months for a roofer to arrive whilst the house grew mouldier throughout Winter whilst we have a infant in the house. Refuse to discuss rent reductions seriously and when the roofer arrives, he refuses to do the work, 2 week wait for another roofer. Still waiting on this to be fixed, soon to be 3 months since the issue began and yet we still await any rent reductions or even a full report on damages and dangers! Sickening.

   Make sure you appeal against any deposit retention made by Eazy Lett. Our appeal to the Deposit Protection Scheme found that they had over-stated the amount they were entitled to retain by around 50%. A thoroughly unprofessional company.

   I do not recommend this agency. A waste of time and nerves. Very bad communication and informing that the meeting for viewing the house has been canceled! The staff is lying about houses for rent!

   I was informed two hours before my viewing that my appointment was cancelled. I booked a day off ,I live over 40 mile away and to be told at this short notice borders on incompetence.

   I have now rented 1 house and one shared accommodation room with this company, Firstly i rented a full house then my circumstances changed and a room with all bills paid suited me better so they kindly moved me from one to another, i rented that for some time but i have now moved out and bought my own property. overall i found Mike and his team very helpful and easy to deal with and both properties that i personally rented were in excellent condition and kept very well maintained. If you are looking to rent then i would defiantly recommend them.
