   Bulgarian wine!!!! Absolutely loved this Bulgarian wine tasting, something a bit different with wine that was surprising and thought provoking and some great information on the areas the wine came from and a lesson in how to check the acidity of white wines and the tanins in the reds. Cecile is always fun, exuberant and really gets the group engaging. Over the years we have attended 4 different wine tasting sessions with this amazing school and had a fantastic time every time. Give it a go you won't regret it.

   What can I say? Absolutely amazing. I booked a cheese and wine pairing session for a hen do and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Cecile was just brilliant; so knowledgeable but so much fun, too! The pairings were incredible. The whole party were absolutely thrilled, and some of them even went home and replicated some of what they’d learned! 10/10, would not hesitate in recommending Cecile/Hampshire Wine School and would definitely book again. Thank you for helping to make my cousin’s hen weekend so special.

   What a fantastic educational evening with Cecile Bergart, tasting white red and sweet wine with cheese and charcuterie meats. Its unbelievable how when you bring wine and food together that they both taste so different but to get a pleasant experience you just need to follow the rules. This is a great gift idea and a great evening out thank you.

   I have now been to a couple of Cecil's workshops and find them absolutely brilliant! She is a great host with loads of energy and a huge amount of knowledge. These are very sociable events, and really worth doing as a group or solo.

   Fantastic night and Cecile was brilliant. She is so knowledgeable and personable it made the whole evening flow so well with lots of laughter too. Wine and food pairing (Spanish Reds and Tapas) was amazing and we’ve learned a lot. Fair play to Cecile as she made the 2.5hr trip up to north Worcestershire for our private event.    We had a fantastic evening with Cecile, who runs the Hampshire Wine School. We received a gift voucher as an anniversary present and booked a tasting for Hampshire sparkling wines. The event was great fun, the group was quite small, and Cecile picked some fantastic wines for everyone to try. I loved getting to hear about local wines from Hampshire, and to be able to try 6 different wines of varying styles -but all delicious! Cecile even opened a bottle of wine with a Sabre! We will definitely be booking another tasting soon, and are also looking forward to visiting some of the local vineyards we learned about at the tasting.

   I feel so lucky to be living in Hampshire because we have the amazing Hampshire Wine School right on our doorstep. We have enjoyed many of Cecile's tasting classes over several years and we keep going back for more. The classes are great fun and Cecile has a wonderful way of explaining everything. With Cecile's excellent guidance we have become confident in our wine choices, especially when pairing with food. We also enjoyed a visit to the Champagne region earlier this year which was an exceptional experience. We are hooked!
