We spoke to Matthew who was very helpful and friendly. He gave us all the information we needed and we ordered online at home once we'd thought about it for a couple of days.

Couldn't fault this store. On each occasion we've been in trying to choose what we want there has been no heavy sales pitch. The salesman who served and advised us was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful.
My elderly mum ordered items on 7 day delivery. They turned up at 9.50pm and made as much noise as possible including slamming van doors constantly. The chest of drawers was damaged (looks like it's been dropped from a great height). All they have offered is a partial refund and keep the item which is not fit for purpose. It is so badly damaged the drawers will not open.
Some very nicely designed furniture made of solid oak. Availability was a bit of a weakness with some long wait times, however if you can wait high quality products at reasonable prices.
Utter shambles of a company. Ordered two sofas and when several months later they arrived, they were the wrong items. Delivery men literally threw out items in their way from the delivery truck (don;t be surpposed if you orders are damaged); they put the sofas in the room and just left them in the room without offering to return even though they now knew they were wrong. OFL have failed to collect the sofas after a week and today have cancelled the pick up with no alternate date given. Customer service pathetic and unapologetic. They're just awful.
Excellent range of furnitures High quality wood, very presentable and strong Lovely collection of wooden bed frames, dining tables and chairs. Steve was absolutely friendly and guided us to the outlet.
Please avoid buying from Oak Furnitureland. This is the second time they delivered broken furniture after waiting for it for more than 7 weeks and now we have to wait further 11 weeks. No apology not accepting responsibility. poor customer service once you purchase goods. Staff in store are great but when you have issues you are nothing but annoying customer. I will not recommend their 0333 400 customer service
Very well stocked. The entire store is pleasant and the staff are welcoming. Good parking space.
