I wish if there was an option to leave 0 stars. The service is dire and pathetic! Placed the order almost a month back and since then no correspondence or updates at all. At the time of order it said delivery within 6-7 days. Called them 4-5 times and every time there is a different answer. Called to cancel the order for a refund yesterday but I was told that someone will call me today with an update. No calls no emails! You call dwell support they say I need to call some delivery company encanton (I think that it was called) when I call them They say can’t see any order with the provided reference number. An Absolute joke! Do not waste your time on Dwell just go to a reputable company instead. Will be making a complaint to trading standards later today.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Shocking experience and completely unhelpful staff. Looking to purchase new cushions for our home, and found some that we liked. They had been reduced on the ticket but the sales person told us this was actually a mistake and they wouldn't honour it. Spoke to manager who was completely unhelpful and quite rude. You would think in these unprecedented times where people are actually making the effort to visit your stores, in a situation like that you would honour it. Ended up walking away without them. Will never return. Completely unprofessional and only interested in helping you when they want to sell. AVOID.

Almost close to spend £2200 on dining table, chest draw and picture frame then when we saw a rug that was down from £179 to £129 so we decided to include but the system was still showing £179 and the sales person would not honour the display price instead insisted that the display price is relevant and only go by the system price, by which completely put me off..... never going back again
