   My son has just left Pinecones to start school after first starting at Pinecones at 8 Months old. I cannot speak more highly of Gemma & the rest of the ladies, they have all been incredible with caring, nurturing & helping to develop my son. The setting is always so welcoming & well run and Gemma does an incredible job. The constant updates and information provided is excellent and me & my son have made incredible memories. Thank you x

   My son was at Pinecones for 2 years before he left this August to start school! Before nursery he had never been away from family, but the girls at Pinecones made him (and me) feel so at ease whilst adjusting to a big change! It is such a professional but also very homely setting, and I got such a lovely vibe from the first time I visited. He has made so many amazing friends over the past couple of years and has built great relationships with the staff. Without Pinecones I don’t feel as if he would be any where near as prepared as he is to embark on his school journey! Our youngest son has also started Pinecones this month and we feel in great hands, and can’t wait to watch him grow and become more confident there too!

   Pinecones is a brilliant nursery, I feel confident in the staff and happy to take my little boy there. They do lots of outdoor play and fun activities which is amazing and we receive regular updates on the app. The food looks amazing and the variety is good too. Handovers are always good and informative. I would highly recommend Pinecones.

   Can’t recommend Pinecones enough! Our little boy of 18 months started here at 9 months old. He has additional needs due to having a rare disease that’s left him with a stoma so we were extremely worried as to whether a nursery would cater to his needs - but Pinecones have gone above and beyond to cater for him and support us as parents. They made sure to have stoma training from a specialist and have continued to ask for training from myself and my husband to ensure the majority of the staff are trained. They have worked so hard with our little one too as took his time to settle there but with the help of Gemma and his amazing key worker, Julie, he absolutely loves going now. We feel he has thrived so much - thank you all!

   Pinecones is a wonderful nursery. Our son started in August and loves it. The staff don't only look after your child but they look after us as parents too. Helping us through the emotions and making the transition so easy. They adapt the surroundings and activities to suit our sons needs when he gets too overwhelmed. He also loves his little days out! We would highly recommend Pinecones to any parent!

   I can’t rate this nursery setting highly enough. I love the ethos here- my daughter came here before starting school and my son has now started in the setting. They have both flourished here. The staff are wonderful and the relationship they have with the children is so lovely to see. The setting encourages independence yet remains nurturing - they seem to have achieved the perfect balance.

   My daughter has been coming to Pinecones since she was 7 months old, she is now 4 years old and will be starting Primary School this year. All the staff have shown so much dedication and support throughout our time at this nursery and have helped us so much with anything we need. My little girls key worker Lauren has gone above and beyond with her and I can absolutely see this from the progress my daughter has made throughout her time here. We get weekly updates with pictures throughout the week, as well as daily updates when they attend. My little girl has learned so much at this nursery and has gained so many lovely habits as well as friends! She loves coming to Pinecones and we will both miss it so much when she leaves this year! Thank you all so much!

   So happy with pinecones, the handovers are so personal you almost forget many other children attend. We are so happy with my child's keyworker Dani, she always notices progression each week that I have noticed at home and you can tell they have a special bond and she enjoys looking after him. Gemma the manager is also fantastic and I always feel the communication is great. I have had replies to messages out of hours and she keeps us up to date through a really good app. The app I feel is a really good extra as I can see what my child has been eating all day and when he has slept. It always makes me feel more content when I am at work. Thank you pinecones!!

   Our Daughter has attended Pinecones Nursery since she was just over a year old, and she is now just over 4 years old. She has always enjoyed going to nursery, making friends and interacting with the grown ups there. The team have made a huge difference in her development for which we are very grateful, and they have given her such a strong start before she goes to school later this year. Huge thanks to the whole team who have been really great throughout, and during the pandemic. We will be very sad when our Pinecones journey comes to an end.
