I’m writing to express my frustration with the experience we had at your facility today. We visited with our two young children and were met with a reception staff member who was both unwelcoming and unhelpful. Despite our questions about bowling, she barely acknowledged us and seemed more interested in her phone than assisting. After paying for parking and managing the logistics of having young kids, we went upstairs only to find that the bowling balls were inappropriate for their age, with finger holes too small for adults as well. We tried to make the best of it, but we had to repeatedly call for assistance because the balls kept getting stuck and the skittles were frequently tangled. The limited space around the alleys made it uncomfortable, especially if someone was playing next to us. Additionally, the condition of the facility was disappointing: the ceiling appeared to be deteriorating, and the screens were poorly maintained, cutting off part of the names and scores. Overall, our visit was far from satisfactory. We will not be returning and will be recommending Tenpin instead, as they offer a much better experience.

Had my daughters birthday party here and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, the party food was excellent. It’s a lovely small venue, perfect for a kids party or nice chilled game of bowling.

I preferred this to tenpin at festival park to be honest. Its a lot better for a couple and nice glow in the dark bowling! Cheaper and the people running it are really friendly and helpful! I'd go again maybe before or after a cinema film!

Stumbled upon this by accident while we waiting for the movie at VUE. (We got here a bi early anticipating heavy traffic.) Thought we would give the bowling a go. Member of staff was charming and helpful. I can see, due to its small size, it could get busy during school holidays. But we had the place to ourselves and had a great time. Only downside is that the toilet on the arcade level needed some maintenance and a good clean.

Six of my family played yesterday little bowling alleys when quiet, but as soon as it gets busy it becomes extremely overcrowded. We paid for unlimited bowling but left after two games. We had to stand directly behind the person bowling, which in my opinion is extremely dangerous. Staff very helpful and courteous. Won't be going back tho
