   Disappointed Do not use this company. My son used them while learning to drive they offer lots of add ons but where as most of information is in one of 13 pdf attachments in an email the information about cancelling is hidden in a huge document on a link in the email. They should not be offering add ons that don't follow the same terms as the the insurance. To change to full licence insurance was significantly more than other companies. They take 4 weeks to return the remaining money of policies and keep the legal cover and breakdown cover because ' its part of policy' although its clearly not or would be part refunded like insurance.

   This company is associated with Markerstudy, Please read Markerstudy reviews on trust pilot before you deal with them , You will be shocked at the poor service , I know I have a policy with them

   Insurance choice/factory. Dishonest to the core. Gave me a renewal price, I asked with which insurer, Got another quote elsewhere £700 cheaper. Insurance choice got back to me the next day and said they would match the price, with the same insurer. 1 day £700 cheaper. Also had many other probs with them. Never again.

   My insurance renewal date fell during a car hire period when I suffered damage to the hire car in February 2017. As a result I have still not received reimbursement because IC are claiming I took out a new policy at the renewal. Be aware!

   Stay well away. This company have cost me days off work they FORGOT to put my car on the insurance daterbase!! so when I got stopped with no insurance and had my car threatended to be taken despite paying premium each month they only apologised that some had FORGOTTEN to put it on. I change my car regually as I buy and sell cars but they refuse me a traders agreement and state that I must pay ££45 each time I change my car. To top it off I ring about a new car they said to ring back on Monday as it was home time on Friday and the line went dead and left me with no insurance all week end! On Monday I was told that despite having a 2 litre and a 1.5 16v on this policy the car I had just bought and was ready to get me to work. A 1.4 mg would not be suitable for there policy. First review I've ever written but I felt there was a need to share my experience. It is not uncommen to be transfer to irrlevent departments that will only transfer you again and again and again. Make sure you have an hour aside if you want to talk to anyone from here. Customer services hung up on me twice while I was on hold, the line dropped. All that is wanted is money off people for nothing!!! STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!!!
