Great service from Howden once again. Carly from the Milton Keynes branch was very efficient, responsive and pleasant to deal with in sorting out a competitive price for buildings insurance. I have used Howden (previously A-Plan) for home insurance and marine insurance for a decade. They are consistently top notch brokers.
I was lucky enough to get Carly Leonard when I applied for van insurance after the most stressful two weeks of my life and being treated so badly by other companies mainly the ones who offer the cheapest most competitive on comparison sites they call it well if that’s the cost to be caused so much stress and forced through the calls so fast you can’t explain properly. Carly was excellent, as was the people behind the scenes understanding my unusual situation, thousand percent staying with Howden now for all my insurance needs not just the van. Always had good service here. You will maybe pay a little more but you have a local office you can visit and someone on the end of a phone, not a call centre.
