   Went here today. Drove really out of our way to go there as well. Car park was an ice rink - they hadn’t gritted nor had they put signs out to warn customers either. We went there after my partner saw excellent reviews online and prices. Majority of the furniture was supposedly 20/30% off rrp. Didn’t feel there were any good deals at all. Also they had left all their doors open and it was 1 degrees outside so the place was freezing. Wasted journey won’t be returning, awful shopping experience. I rarely leave reviews but I was so appalled start to finish I felt obligated too to warn others

   Vast range of furniture, you need to check for damage or marks on suites. We found our chest of drawers and side tables , lovely quality and no damages whatsoever ( M&S Sonoma range) great discount too. Julie was very efficient and friendly, and took our payment and arranged delivery . Explained everything and how it would happen. Our delivery turned up on the correct day and was delivered by two very friendly helpful persons. Would definitely purchase from home outlet Adderbury again.

   The stock seems to rotate quickly which is handy, however the prices don't seem a bit steep for already worn/tired sofas. Bring thermals in winter. It's colder than outside.

   Wow and wow again....I have been buying goods from this store in Banbury 4 years....but this week when I brought a new set of sofas and man with a van let me down...the staff their made a pksn to have my goods delivered....from the beginning to the end the service I received was fantastic....all the staff really helped me.. ..thank u and I will be sending done cakes in soon...thanks Heather

   The ‘bargains’ at this place are not what they seem. There’s loads of stains on the furniture. The sofa bed I saw didn’t come with the back couches but staff don’t tell you what the defects are. I had to go online to work it out. Some of the stuff is decent but those items are pretty much retail price anyways.

   We have purchased from Trade Secret previously and were now looking for a modern 2 seat sofa. Their offerings are very disappointing bearing in mind modern UK houses are getting smaller - what's the issue with these huge settees with their massive arms. I'm sorry but you're not servicing the modern market well enough.

   If you travel a long way be prepared for no Café and no heating. Lots of odd furniture. Plenty of good beds, kitchen tables and chairs and end of line sofas. I didn't think it was particularly cheap, but my other half told me she thought it reasonable. Just bought a bed from them. They helped me get it in my car. (My son bought a living room swivel single seat sofa chair and it was good quality. We bought a solid kitchen table and chairs 4 years ago, its been good lasting quality). Your best bet is to collect things yourself if you can, by taking a van or very large estate car. It's worth a visit, I just moan too much...
