Very poor service today. I asked for something at the till where there were 3 members of staff to be told by a girl with blonde hair that she didn't know if they sold it but if they did it would be in the home decor section. There were more staff than customers in the shop and still noone offered to help look so off I popped to B and M where I was served by helpful staff and a free carpark.

The shop is big with lots to look.at and buy. The bitbI don't like is the parking outside, its a pay by app, so I can't be bothered to park in the car park, if I can't park near by, I give the shop a miss.

I like a Range, but unfortunately this place is let down by having paid parking. Over the summer we were given a code for free parking, but on my last visit was told free parking is no longer available for customers, and the staff seemed confused when I asked for a code for the payment machine. I don’t want to pay £2.50 in parking for popping into the Range.

    Amazing products for great prices

Went in to buy some jumper cables but they're only available online. Unfortunately, the parking is not free and I had to download the NCP app to pay a 95p fee. Shameful. The best part was that the store assistant was extremely polite and willing to help. Top marks to her, less than average to the store.

Unusually for a branch of The Range it's in a town centre location though there's a reasonably big car park right outside. This particular store is arguably one of the bigger stores with a very wide variety of products. Lovely member of staff on the till.

Very big choice of products, found what I was looking for and was very impressed by the other choices. Definitely will shop again!

This shop has all different types of merchandise from kitchen ware to garden equipment, sweets, pet food and toys etc. Also if you spend £10 you get 1 hour off your parking charge which is helpful.

Really good store with fabulous displays and plenty of stock to shop for. Went for wall mirror shopping, prices are reasonable compared to Dunelm and Next.

What's not to like. It's like a much bigger B&M or a gigantic Wilko with much wider stock. While l can't say l'd go wild about their lighting or kitchen gadgets it does have pretty good homeware with very affordable crockery ( mugs as low as £1.49) interesting cushions and a wide range ( yep lol) of arts n crafts. We managed to pick an item without a bar code. Staff went the extra mile locating it's price via the original order listing ( in a set of 6 ). We acquired some very reasonably priced fridge n cupboard baskets. I'm very happy with my Moroccan elephant mug in an elegant grey hue for £2.49. There's a parking charge that is refunded if you buy more than £25 worth of goods. Oh and they already have a Halloween display of goodies to sell.
