   We met Mannie when she had one of her charcuterie bars at Basing House Wedding Fayre. We really liked this idea and decided to book her for after our wedding as an alternative to the traditional canapés whilst the photos were taking place. Mannie liased with us on what we would like and we chose a mixture of sweet and savoury. On the day she themed the cart to our wedding theme of Christmas and even popped a couple of filled up cones to one side to make sure, as the bride and groom, we got one. We had some lovely comments from people on the day several who went back for seconds. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Mannicitas Catering and the brilliant charcuterie bars for anyone looking for something different to the usual canapés. Thank you, Mannie, for being part of our special day.

   We cannot recommend Mannicitas enough! They catered our wedding on the 29th June 2024, and from start to finish, they exceeded every expectation. We had a dry hire venue, so it was crucial for us to work with vendors we could trust, and Mannicitas delivered perfection. The grazing table they created for our wedding breakfast was not only stunning but delicious. The presentation was flawless, and our guests were absolutely wowed. For the evening, they served an incredible barbecue that was just as impressive - everyone raved about the food all night! Mannie went above and beyond, arriving the day before to help set up and ensuring everything ran smoothly. She was so much more than a caterer - even stepping in to help with my dress during the evening! Her attention to detail and her willingness to help made our day even more special. We've been singing Mannicitas' praises from the rooftops ever since. If you're looking for a caterer who brings amazing food, creativity, and impeccable service, Mannicitas is the one to choose. We can't thank Mannie and her team enough for being such a big part of our day!

   I cannot recommend Mannicitas catering enough. We hired them to provide a graze table for my gender reveal party in July. The food was incredible! Not only did it look amazing but tasted amazing too! So much time and effort put in for perfected set up.

   We used Mannicita’s to cater for 80-100 people for a celebration of life service after a funeral and couldn’t speak more highly of the quality of the food, service and attention to the small details on the day. The food was outstanding, we created a bit of a bespoke menu (something that we found other caterers/venues to be quite inflexible about) and when factoring in variety and quantity, the price per head was far better value than some of the other quotes we had. The presentation was immaculate and all the staff were lovely. If your venue allows you to self-cater, we would absolutely recommended Mannicita’s for any private catering needs! Jamie

   I ordered this Xmas graze last year from Mannicitas and it was delicious, I had company over so was very impressed with the layout of the food it defiantly set the mood for my get together. It was delivered on time and there was no hassle in both the ordering and receiving. I can’t recommend highly enough, Mannie puts her heart into her food and service and that shines through!!
